Starting as an in-house IP specialist for Russian FMCG companies Ms. Kakurnikova has joined IP litigation company in 2009. Since then her practice has been focused on civil, administrative, criminal and execution proceedings with regard to infringement of trademark rights and copyrights of international companies. Anna specializes in counterfeiting prosecution and trademark infringement cases and compensation recovery.

Ms. Kakurnikova has been representing international IT and consumer goods producers before the police, customs and courts developing and fulfilling IP enforcement strategies throughout Russia coordinating the practice of lawyers and enforcement offices all over the Customs Union.
Qualification
Ms. Kakurnikova graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics as a lawyer.
