Oksana Vorobyova worked at the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in the Department of Intellectual Property protection from 2005 to 2010. She contributed to the Federal target program «Development of nano-industry infrastructure in the Russian Federation for 2008-2010» in the field of methodological, technological and organizational support of patent and licensing activities of Moscow universities. She worked as a chief specialist in the Center of Transfer Technologies of Lomonosov Moscow State University from 2010 to 2017. She contributed to the creation and implementation of IP management system at the university in cooperation with the company «Innopraktika». Oksana also worked at the State Research Center Institute of Immunology of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency in Moscow and at Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry named after A.I.Evdokimov from 2017 to 2019. She has wide experience in drafting and maintaining applications for the issuance and registration of inventions.
Qualification
Ms. Vorobyova graduated as a physicist from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (specialization in biophysics), as well as from the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (advanced training courses, specialization in intellectual property), completed World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) distance learning courses and SKOLKOVO Patent School.
