A new article has been published in the «Patent attorney» magazine authored by Aleksey Zalesov - «Correlation of issues of fact and law in determining the circumstances of the use of an invention in a patent dispute» (in Russian).
The author of the article considers the correlation of issues of fact and law in disputes on patent infringement and comes to the conclusion that the formal-mechanical separation of these issues in patent disputes is incorrect and will gradually be reduced to a minimum.
