On May 14, 2020, the team of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, for the first time, took part in the IP Court hearings online. The team completed this new challenge. The IP Court has ruled in favor of the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm in appeal proceedings against the decision of the RUPTO. Paragraph 5 of the Ruling of the Presidium of the Russian Supreme Court and the Presidium of the Council of Judges as of April 08, 2020 № 821 (as amended by the Ruling of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Presidium of the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation of April 29, 2020 № 822) implemented the technical ability to conduct online court hearings from May 12, 2020. Representatives of the parties have the right to participate in the trial online by filing a special request.
