Our client «HAEMOGENICS» LLC has filed a lawsuit against «Alterus» LLC, a Russian distributor of medical equipment manufactured by Indian company «Mitra». The plaintiff claimed that the disputed equipment infringes his right to the invention under RU patent №2432189.

After a long court trial, the parties entered into an amicable agreement. The defendant recognized the infringement and agreed to conclude a license agreement for use of the invention under RU patent №2432189.

On April 29, 2021, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk region ruled to approve the amicable agreement. «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm represented the client before the court.
