«A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm has successfully represented a client before the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk region in a patent infringement dispute by amicable means

A lawsuit concerning infringement of the exclusive rights to the Eurasian patent was filed against the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm. As a result of the dispute consideration, Court dismissed the claim.
