Aleksey Zalesov and Irina Ozolina spoke on the international cross-subject Congress «Private International Law Issues»

Managing partner of «A. Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm expressed his opinion in the Response to the request of the Intellectual Property Court as of December 01, 2023 (case № SIP-877/2022).

A Сongress of members of the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys was held on April 17, 2024.

International cross-subject Congress «Private International Law Issues» was held in Kutafin Moscow State Law University on April 16-17, 2024.

A lawsuit concerning infringement of the exclusive rights to the Eurasian patent was filed against the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm. As a result of the dispute consideration, Court dismissed the claim.

On April 10, 2024 the results of the «Leaders in the Legal Services Market» ranking, annually conducted by the «Kommersant» publishing house, were published.
