On March 25, the Supreme Court issued Ruling No. 307-ES25-15203 in case No. A56-79150/2024, clarifying the nuances of calculating compensation for infringement of exclusive intellectual property rights. One of the «A.Zalesov & Partners» client's competitors filed an objection to the grant of a client's patent for a composition for regulating sexual activity in small domestic animals. Rospatent upheld the objection and declared the patent invalid in its entirety. However, during the dispute's review in The IP Court, «A.Zalesov & Partners» team was able to prove the illegality of Rospatent's conclusions.

On March 27, The Russian IP Court ruled to invalidate the decision of Rospatent regarding the refusal of state registration of the designation for some of the goods of the 5th class of the ICGS related to pharmaceuticals.

On April 2, 2026, the Tenth Appellate Commercial Court issued a ruling that upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region on the protection of exclusive rights to the client's trademarks, including the well-known trademark «Reduxin».

On April 9, Julia Dutikova, Candidate of Biological Sciences (Oncology), Patent Attorney of the Russian Federation, Eurasian Patent Attorney, head of the Group for patenting in the area of medicine and pharmaceuticals at «A.Zalesov & Partners», took part in the IPhEB event. On March 31, 2026, two events regarding the Eurasian Patent Office took place, which were actively attended by "A.Zalesov and Partners". A reporting and election Congress of members of the Eurasian Patent Attorneys Assembly was held with the participation of the President of the Eurasian Patent Office Grigory Ivliev. At the event the activities of the Eurasian Patent Attorneys Assembly during the reporting period were discussed, and elections for members of the organization's governing bodies were held.
