Senior Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm Irina Ozolina acted as the author of an article under the title «Law evasion and other types of unfair behavior in the process of patenting of inventions and utility models» (in Russian). In the publication Irina studies different ways of applicants’ unfair behavior during patenting of inventions and utility models, suggests some mechanisms to prevent such behavior and states that conscientiousness of patent holders should be considered in the disputes on the validity of patent office’s decisions.
