The issue of regulating relations related to the use of artificial intelligence has been often brought up in the scientific literature lately. Due to the fact that artificial intelligence and items created with its use do not have a full legal status, the authors propose various approaches to establishing legal protection for the results created using artificial intelligence systems. The author of the article examines various legal situations of recognition of authorship for individuals who participated in the creation of an item by means of artificial intelligence.
