On May 29, 2024, the Presidium of the Supreme Court approved a Review of judicial practice in considering civil cases related to infringement of copyright and related rights on the Internet. The said Review accumulated all best trends and established approaches to case resolution for 2019-2023 years.

Anna Tinkova, Associate of «A. Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, commented on paragraphs 17-20 of the Review, concerning the criteria for applying information intermediary status to owners of websites, marketplaces, social networks, and mobile applications.
