Dr. Aleksey Zalesov spoke about criminal aspects of patent infringement at the All-Russian online conference «Digital & IP»

A lawsuit concerning infringement of the exclusive rights to the Eurasian patent was filed against the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm. As a result of the dispute consideration, Court dismissed the claim.

On April 10, 2024 the results of the «Leaders in the Legal Services Market» ranking, annually conducted by the «Kommersant» publishing house, were published.
