In the article «Transfer of an invention and rights to it from the author to the patent owner as the basis for the functioning of the patent system» (in Russian), Aleksey Zalesov, Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, considers the reasons and mechanism of alienation of the rights of the inventor in favor of the patent holder as a requirement for the legal patent monopoly.
