«A.Zalesov & Partners» won in the Russian IP Court, having their client's patent for the crystalline form of osimertinib mesylate reinstated in Russia.
On November 13, 2025, the Arbitration Court of the Far Eastern District considered a cassation appeal against the rulings of the courts of first instance and appellate courts in the area of pharmaceutical procurement. In this appeal, A.Zalesov & Partners represented a third party—the auction winner—who did not make independent claims regarding the subject of the dispute. The adopted judicial decision became the second ruling of the cassation court in cases concerning the verification of the accuracy of information provided in the application regarding the proposed supply of a generic medicinal product.
On November 06, 2025, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District considered a cassation appeal against the rulings of the courts of first and appellate instance in the field of pharmaceutical procurement. In this appeal, «A.Zalesov & Partners» represented a third party—the auction winner—who did not make independent claims regarding the subject of the dispute. The ruling in this case was the first cassation court ruling in cases with similar circumstances.
On November 13-15, 2025, the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference «Intellectual Property Rights: Challenges of the 21st Century» took place in Tomsk. Ivan Istomin, patent attorney at «A.Zalesov & Partners», delivered a report on the legal protection of utility models in terms of the section «Protectability of Intellectual Property Rights».
On November 12, 2025, Russian IP Court held a hearing in case A40-264483/2024. Associates of «A.Zalesov & Partners», representing the Applicant, proved that actions of «AkselPharm» in introducing the medicinal product Axitinib into civil circulation under the registration certificate No. LP-No. (003110)-(PG-RU) dated August 31, 2023, do not constitute unfair competition.
