Dr. Aleksey Zalesov, advocate and patent attorney, has been invited to the « Patent Attorney» magazine as a permanent member of the editorial board. This magazine is the only periodical in Russia highlighting the professional activities of patent attorneys and it is recognized in the community of patent attorneys as the print media of our profession.
The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will consider a case regarding the recovery of royalties for the use of a patent for invention invalidated from the filing date. Irina Ozolina, Senior Partner at «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, answered questions of «Kommersant» Publishing House journalists regarding this case.
A meeting of the Eurasian Patent Organization's governing body, the EAPO Administrative Council, was held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, on October 14-15, 2025.

The annual AIPPI World Congress was held in Yokohama from September 13-16, 2025. Aleksey Zalesov, Irina Ozolina and Maria Makhlina actively participated in the congress as part of the Russian group.
