Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, Dr. Aleksey Zalesov has been invited to the editorial board of the «Patent Attorney» magazine

The Board of the Chamber for Patent Disputes made a decision in favor of the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» in the case on disputing the issuance of the Russian patent No. 2807548 for a strain of Escherichia coli bacteria with a reduced ability to accumulate acetate.

On August 14, 2025, the Supreme Court issued a Ruling in which, among other things, it provided clarification on how to calculate the limitation period in a case on the recovery of compensation for the illegal use of trademarks. Irina Ozolina was among the experts who provided comments for the «Attorney’s Newspaper» on the Ruling.

The Board of the Chamber for Patent Disputes ruled in favor of the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» in the case on opposition to the issuance of a patent for the use of pertuzumab in combination with trastuzumab and chemotherapy for the neoadjuvant treatment of HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer.
