On March 27, 2024, a seminar on the topic «Specific Features of the Eurasian Procedure for Patenting Inventions and Industrial Designs» took place, organized by the Eurasian Patent Office jointly with the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property and the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys.
The event was attended by representatives of the national patent offices of the member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention, Eurasian patent attorneys, other representatives of applicants, representatives of business entities and persons interested in patenting inventions and industrial designs under the Eurasian patent procedure.
During the seminar, Maria Makhlina, Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, shared her experience in using the Eurasian patenting procedure and industrial designs.
