On April 22, 2022, the Government of Morocco deposited an instrument of accession to the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement. The act will come into force on July 22, 2022.
Thus, from this date, companies and designers from Morocco will be able to seek protection of their industrial designs in all 94 member countries of the Hague System.
Applicants from other countries who wish to protect their industrial designs in Morocco will also be able to designate that country through the Geneva Act.
