The jubilee issue of the Russian IP Court Magazine, dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the Court, published (in Russian) an article by Aleksey Zalesov, Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm , «On Some Aspects of the Development of the Russian Patent Law in 2013-2023».
The publication is devoted to topical aspects of the development of the patent law in the Russian Federation after the entry into force of part four of the Civil Code, with an emphasis on the changes that have occurred over a ten-year period.
