«Timofeev, Gusev and Partners» and «A.Zalesov & Partners» law firms have announced a consolidation, as a result of which «Zalesov, Timofeev, Gusev and Partners» company (ZTG) has been established.
The partners of the consolidated firm are lawyers with many years of practical experience in protecting the interests of clients:
Evgeniy Timofeev – Managing Partner, Head of Tax Law practice;
Aleksey Zalesov – Head of Intellectual Property practice;
Vladimir Chikin – Head of the Practice of Trade and Customs Law;
Anton Gusev – Head of the Practice of Criminal Legal Defense of Business and Dispute Resolution;
Irina Ozolina – Senior Partner in the Intellectual Property Practice;
Maria Makhlina - Partner in the Intellectual Property Practice.
The combined team will consist of 37 associates and patent attorneys, with a total staff of 42 specialists.

The consolidated company began operating on March 01, 2024.
