On the increase of the rates of fees for maintaining Eurasian patents in force in the Republic of Belarus

Starting from January 09, 2025, the Eurasian Patent Office applies the changed rates of fees for maintaining Eurasian patents for inventions in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The Board of the Chamber for Patent Disputes ruled to satisfy the objection of «A.Zalesov & Partners» team against the grant of Russian patent for the invention «Herbicide composition».

«A.Zalesov & Partners» represented the client's interests in court during the consideration of the appeal against the court's decision to refuse to implement the provisional measures. As a result, on December 13, 2024, the Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal rejected the applicant's appeal and kept the judicial act in force.
