Saudi Arabia has approved accession to the Hague Apostille Convention, eliminating the requirement of legalization for foreign public documents issued by public authorities, courts or notaries.
In accordance with the Convention, the Apostille stamp is placed by certain authorities in the country of origin of the document. This stamp is sufficient for certification and use in other States - Parties to the Convention.
