A conference on the issue «Intellectual property: theory and practice» took place on June 23-25, 2021 at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. The event was devoted to practical and theoretical issues of protecting intellectual property and intellectual rights.
Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm Aleksey Zalesov along with the Head of Design Group Ivan Istomin took part in the conference with the following presentations respectively: «Comparison of Rospatent and EAPO approaches to the examination of inventions in the field of pharmaceuticals» (see the presentation in Russian) and «Interest of the applicants in the procedures for optimizing the consideration of an international application within the PCT system» (see the presentation in Russian).
