The new edition of the International Classification of Goods and Services came into force

A lawsuit concerning infringement of the exclusive rights to the Eurasian patent was filed against the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm. As a result of the dispute consideration, Court dismissed the claim.
