Anastasia Zalesova, Senior Associate «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, analyzes the development of China's patent law in terms of the regulation of contributory patent infringement, concluding that it is due to the complication of economic turnover, in particular due to the widespread use of Internet technologies. The study of this experience may be useful for further adaptation and introduction into Russian legislation.
