The scientific and practical magazine «Copyright and Related Rights» No. 2/2021 has published (In Russian) an article by Alexander Lipkes, Head of the Copyright and Advertising Law Practice of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm. In the publication entitled «Is it allowed to use Soviet promotional materials?» the author studies the issues of the legality and possible risks of using Soviet works that are of promotional nature and permitted for reproduction.
