The «Patent Attorney» Magazine No. 6/2021 has published a new article by Aleksey Zalesov, Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm - «The institute of the inventor's right as an element of justice in the construction of a patent monopoly» (in Russian).
In the publication, the author draws attention to the existing problem of the underdevelopment of the institute of the inventor's right in the patent law and the need to introduce the elements protecting the rights of inventors.
