On December 21, 2021, the Federal Law No. 416-FZ «On the Amendments to the Federal Law «On Patent Attorneys» was signed.

«Patent Attorney» magazine published an article by Aleksey Zalesov, in which the author comments on the novelties of the legislation regulating the activities of patent attorneys in Russia, and expresses personal opinion about these changes.
