The client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, individual entrepreneur Victoriya Litovchenko, being the right holder of several trademarks, is interested in obtaining legal protection for them on the territory of the Russian Federation. On the results of the expertise, Rospatent issued a refusal to grant legal protection to the Principal's trademark based on the opposing trademark belonging to «MARINA B DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED». As parties failed to resolve the dispute peacefully, our Principal has filed a lawsuit for preliminary cancellation of the legal protection of the disputed trademark due to non-use.
