On May 26, 2026, Rospatent upheld the objection of BIOCAD JSC and decided to completely terminate the validity of Eurasian patent for invention No. 34877 of GENMAB A/S (Denmark) in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The patent protected a method for inhibiting and/or proliferation of tumor cells expressing CD38 and a therapeutic combination for implementing it using the well-known antibody daratumumab, which is used in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
