Let us remind you that the Eurasian system of the legal protection of industrial designs was officially launched and the first Eurasian design application was submitted on June 01, 2021.

At present, the Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to the Eurasian Patent Convention has entered into force in five states, namely: the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
