«A.Zalesov & Partners» acted as a partner of the international conference of the Eurasian Patent Attorneys Assembly in Yerevan

On June 12-14, 2025, the Second international conference of the Eurasian Patent Attorneys Assembly «Eurasian Patent System: a catalyst for regional economic development» took place in Armenia. «A.Zalesov & Partners» was among the partners of the conference.

On May 27, 2025, Aleksey Zalesov and Maria Makhlina took part in the conference of the Association of European Businesses Intellectual Property Committee «Intellectual Property in the Modern Era - Challenges, Responses, Development».

On May 16, 2025, the Federal Intellectual Property Service rendered a decision to satisfy the objection filed by «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm against the issuance of a patent for a utility model protecting a certain structure of a grain dryer bed.

On April 25, 2025, a meeting of Eurasian patent attorneys with representatives of the Eurasian Patent Office was held. Among the participants were patent attorneys of «A.Zalesov & Partners».

On April 16, 2025, the Congress of the members of the Eurasian Patent Attorneys Assembly took place. Maria Makhlina presented a report as a member of the audit commission.

The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation a definition dated April 24, 2025, which provides clarifications on what courts should take into account when determining the amount of compensation for infringement of exclusive rights to trademarks. Irina Ozolina commented on the said definition.
