Rospatent has cited a trademark of Mundipharma against a trademark application of «DHC» Corporation, a client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm. Associates of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm advised the client to cancel protection of the cited trademark due to its non-use to overcome the citation.
