Imitated goods worth millions of rubles: lawyers of «A.Zalesov & Partners» contributed to interdiction of production that produced fake chocolate spreads labeled with number of the brands owned by the Company's client
«A.Zalesov & Partners» team took part in the suppression of illegal production of confectionery labeled with signs confusingly similar to the trademarks of the company's Client by law enforcement agencies of Vladimirsky region. The manufacturing and storage activities were stopped, members of the criminal group that was involved in the spread of production were detained.
