«A.Zalesov & Partners» team took part in the suppression of illegal production of confectionery labeled with signs confusingly similar to the trademarks of the company's Client by law enforcement agencies of Vladimirsky region. The manufacturing and storage activities were stopped, members of the criminal group that was involved in the spread of production were detained.
According to preliminary data of the investigation, the group had been operating since March 2024. Presumably, fake spreads were distributed all over Russia through marketplaces, web sources, and social media.
Based on information openly published by investigative authorities, within the search over 500 thousand labels, about 10 tons of finished products together with raw materials and production equipment were detected and seized. Preliminary damages are estimated as not less than 10 million rubles.
The criminal action for illegal use of means of individualization against identified persons has been initiated.
