Associates of «Zalesov, Timofeev, Gusev & Partners» participated in XIII charity run of layers «Legal Run 2026»

The III International Conference of the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys was held June 11 to 13. More than 200 patent attorneys, IP lawyers, business representatives, and regulators attended.

Lawyers of the Patent and Law Firm «A. Zalesov and Partners» successfully represented the interests of the Defendant, the Russian pharmaceutical company JSC «Generium», in a dispute over the protection of exclusive rights to an invention under Russian patent No. 2793459. The findings of the re-examination refuted the fact of the use of the invention in the medicinal product, after which the plaintiffs declared a waiver of the claims in full.

ZTG was represented in the event by lawyers Anastasia Zalesova, Ivan Istomin, Zhora Akopyan, and Vladimir Chikin.

 On May 19, the «Russian Agricultural Policy: Product Safety and Quality» Summit was held in Moscow.

On May 20, 2026, Alexey Zalesov, Head of Intellectual Property Practice at «Zalesov, Timofeev, Gusev & Partners», gave a presentation on the topic of «Patent Abuse in the Context of Compulsory Licensing» at the annual Intellectual Property Conference of the Association of European Businesses in Russia (AEB).

The International Medical Forum «University Science. Innovations 2026» was held on May 18 and 19 at the Sechenov University Congress Center.
