«A.Zalesov & Partners» challenged the decision to refuse to grant protection in the Russian Federation to a group of industrial designs under international registration in accordance with the Hague Agreement

On May 24, 2024, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property refused to grant protection to the industrial design under international registration. «A.Zalesov & Partners» team eliminated the reason that served as the basis for the refusal decision and achieved the withdrawal of the Rospatent decision.
