On November 07-09, 2023, the V International Scientific and Practical Conference «Intellectual Rights: Challenges of the XXI Century» took place on the basis of the National Research Tomsk State University.
Representatives of the professional community in the field of intellectual property and intellectual rights traditionally gather at the event site.
This year the conference was held in a mixed format – both with the full-time participation of speakers and in an online format.
Aleksey Zalesov, Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, took part in the discussion panel «Compensation for infringement of exclusive rights: evolution of approaches», and patent attorney Ivan Istomin made a report on the topic «Transfer of an invention to the public domain» within the framework of the round table «Free use of intellectual property results and means of individualization».
