«A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm has been listed for «Patent Contentious» and «Patent Prosecution» for 2019 by IP Stars edition

On August 27, the Intellectual Property Court issued a ruling imposing a fine in case No. A71-11377/2025 on an entrepreneur who cited non-existent case law  in his cassation appeal.

On August 25, 2026, the Intellectual Property Court issued a ruling upholding the decision of the court of first instance and the ruling of the appellate court without change, dismissing the cassation appeal. The dispute arose out of dietary supplements and weight-loss tea manufactured and sold under the designation «Reduslim», which was found to be confusingly similar to the client’s trademarks «Reduxin».

On August 25, 2026, the Intellectual Property Court heard a cassation appeal in Case No. A40-181642/2023 concerning the alleged infringement of exclusive rights to an invention protected by Eurasian Patent No. 022283, arising from the introduction into civil circulation of the pharmaceutical product «Mirostedin Infecti». Earlier, the courts of first and appellate instances had upheld the claims of the patentholder, which found infringement of its exclusive rights in the actions of pharmacy chains that had offered for sale and sold the said product.

«T2 Mobile» has filed two lawsuits with the Moscow City Arbitration Court against PJSC «Vimpelcom» (operator of «Beeline») seeking to protect its exclusive rights to the «Mix» brand. At the heart of the dispute are the alleged similarity to the point of confusion and the borrowing of business model the aggregated digital subscriptions market.
