On December 18, 2020, the Chamber for Patent Disputes issued a decision confirming the validity of the Russian patent № 2612014 for an invention related to an injectable form — a solution of chondroitin sulfate intended for the treatment of arthrological diseases.

The invalidation action had been filed by «Groteks» LLC who was recognized by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Moscow region as the infringer of the antimonopoly legislation just a day before. «Groteks» LLC is found liable for an unfair competition act infringing the patent rights to the invention of our principal,«DIAMED-Farma» LLC, by producing the drug Artistan.
