On November 09-13, 2021, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference «Intellectual Rights: Challenges of the 21st Century» on the basis of the National Research Tomsk State University took place online.
On November 10, 2021, in the framework of the «Copyright» section, the Head of Copyright and Advertising Law Practice of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm Alexander Lipkes spoke on the topical issues of the judicial practice on Soviet works.
On the next day, in the framework of the «Patent Law» section, Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Aleksey Zalesov made a report on the topic «Assessment of the inventive step of an object in patent validity disputes and its relation to the scope of legal protection of an invention».
About 800 listeners attended the presentations simultaneously in a virtual format and welcomed them warmly.
