Dr. Aleksey Zalesov and Irina Ozolina, Patent Attorneys and Advocates, have become authors of an article «Divisional applications for a patent — a tool for evading the law?» published in the scientific and practical magazine «Patent attorney» as of March-April 2021.
The authors analyze the issues related to the practice of patenting through divisional applications in Russia which is characterized by a poor reflection in the modern patent legislation despite its wide implementation and significance.
