Legal protection of three-dimensional trademarks: comments of the Senior Partner at «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm Irina Ozolina for Garant.ru portal

A lawsuit concerning infringement of the exclusive rights to the Eurasian patent was filed against the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm. As a result of the dispute consideration, Court dismissed the claim.

On April 10, 2024 the results of the «Leaders in the Legal Services Market» ranking, annually conducted by the «Kommersant» publishing house, were published.

«A.Zalesov & Partners» has successfully represented the client in the Chamber for Patent Disputes in trademark invalidation dispute.
