Meeting with CNIPA examiners and executives

The associates of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Darya Kushnarenko and Julia Kolomytseva prepared an overview of amendments to the legislation, judicial practice and trends in the field of intellectual property protection in 2024, which was published in Attorney’s Newspaper.

On December 11-13, 2024, the XIV (XXIX) annual research-to-practice conference «Current issues of intellectual property rights protection» organized by the interregional public organization for the contribution to patent attorneys activities «Chamber of Patent Attorneys» took place in Tula.

On December 05, 2024, the annual awards ceremony for the leaders of the Pravo 300 law firm ranking took place in Moscow. The «ZTG» Group of Companies took high positions in nine nominations with regard to seven practices.

The Attorney’s Newspaper asked Irina Ozolina for comments on the Supreme Court's Ruling of November 14, 2024, according to which the costs of drafting letters of claim in a dispute on the  infringement of exclusive rights are considered as litigation costs.

The VI International Research-to-Practice Conference «Intellectual Rights: Challenges of the 21st Century» is being held at the National Research Tomsk State University on November 14-16, 2024.
