The article by Aleksey Zalesov, Managing Partner of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm, «Conventional Priority: Features of Russian and Eurasian Law Enforcement» has been published in «Patent Attorney» magazine as of June 2021. The publication is devoted to the problem of incorrect establishment of priority in the patent application due to the erroneous interpretation of the provisions of Article 4 of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, which allegedly allows the disclosure of only certain features of the invention in the priority application.
