On the amendment of the amount of annual fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On July 10, 2023, the Order No. 221nk of the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023, came into force, in accordance with which new amounts of annuity fees for Eurasian patents for inventions were established.
