On July 18, 2020 the Arbitration Court of the Tver Region made a decision in favor of «TPTA RYTM» Inc. being the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners» Patent & Law Firm and the Defendant in the lawsuit filed by the major Russian railroad machinery manufacturer «TRANSMASH» (Moscow) on the infringement of the exclusive right to an invention of Russian patent № 2578400 by the process of manufacture of breaks systems for trains. The dispute is interesting since the Plaintiff alleged the use of his invention applying the Doctrine of Equivalents (DoE) in respect of the set of features of independent claim of the claims.
