We represented our client («DIAMED-Pharma» LLC) in an invalidation action filed by their competitor («Grotesk» LLC) against the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Moscow Region, which had recognized the launch of «Artogistan» medication, aimed at arthrological diseases treatment, as an unfair competition act, since in that medication an invention under Russian patent №2612014, the owner of which is our client, had been illegally used.
