On June 15, 2021, the Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court dated March 31, 2021, which in turn upheld the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Moscow region to consider the illegal use of the patented invention of our client («DIAMED-Pharma» LLC) in the medication «Drastop» by «Trokas Pharma» LLC as an unfair competition act.
The launch of the disputed medication in the territory of the Russian Federation, including sales through pharmacy organizations, resulted in the profit loss for the patent holder.
