From September 10th to 13th, the 7th Legal Forum of Masters, one of the largest professional events of the season, took place in Voronezh.
Irina Ozolina, Senior Partner, participated in the business program, discussing current issues and challenges in the field of intellectual property with colleagues and sharing her expert opinions.
The program centers on two key themes:
- Trade Secrets and Know-How: In her presentation, Irina provided a detailed analysis of the legal regulation of know-how in various jurisdictions, discussed risk audits before signing cross-border transactions to avoid leaks of key technologies and production secrets, and discussed what can and should be protected as trade secrets.
- Current issues in working with trademarks. During the event, Irina and her colleagues discussed the adaptation and Russification of brands, effective methods of legal protection, and opportunities for monetizing a trademark portfolio.
