Ruling of the Russian IP Court in favor of the client of «A.Zalesov & Partners»

Earlier the Arbitration Court of Krasnodar region brought to administrative responsibility the importer of counterfeit goods marked «SURPRISE FOR PRINCESS», which is confusingly similar to the trademark of our client, Ferrero S.p.A. However, the owner of the infringing goods entered the case having filed an appeal against the decision and asked to to involve it in the case as a third party declaring independent claims in relation to the subject matter of the dispute, since the question of termination of its ownership of the disputed goods was resolved.
